HALAL BONE BROTH
Here it is our first dish and the basis of good real food for every health striving human.
We are commercialising it with pickup or delivery in East London.
Broth or technically, stock is a mineral rich infusion made by simmering bones of healthy animals with vegetables, herbs and spices. For extra flavour Eat Fat Get Lean Halal Broth bones are salted and roasted prior for 45 minutes.
We simmer the bones with raw apple cider vinegar, Himalayan salt, spices and herbs on a slow heat for total of 24 hours and add the vegetables for the last 6 hours. Our broth will always contain all the nourishing FAT that comes from the marrow, and tissues around the joints.
The stock is subsequently cooled and packaged in stand up pouches to be heat sealed.
We chose to use bones from a local Halal butcher to be inclusive of our present clients requirements.
We are working to procure Halal chicken carcass for a chicken broth. The basic version ingredients are listed below.
Ingredients: Filtered water, Halal beef bones, Halal lamb bones, carrots*, celery*, onions*, raw organic apple cider vinegar, Himalayan salt, cinnamon stick, star anise, cardamom seeds, black peppercorns, red hot chillies, bay leaves.

Our broth is made from highest quality beef bones from animals that have been grazing outdoors and in the sunshine, rain or wind and sacrificed to Halal standards.
Cooked weekly on Thursdays and packaged in 700 ml pouches.
Lasts 7 days in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer.
